Lightbulb Little blender mugs

I got some 8-ounce blender mugs that fit on the blender instead of the big jar. They have handles and come with lids. I bought a set of 6 from this dealer and received good service that was also really fast. I can recommend them to any of you interested. The beauty of these little mugs is that you can blend, mix or puree small quantities and then put it back in the fridge just by screwing its lid on it.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

No. These are small mugs with lids. When the lid is off, you can drink out of it as normal. Instead of the lid, you can screw on the blender blade assembly and blender jar base.

To make a chocolate shake, I put in 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of milk, a scoop of chocolate protein powder and a bit of Splenda. I put the blender blade and collar on, then turn it upside down on the blender. A couple of button pushes later, voila!! A shake with 35 grams of protein!!

If you can't finish the shake, screw the lid on and pop it in the fridge for later. Convenient, and how much would you lose in the big blender jar trying to make one cup of anything?

Just picture the blender blade assembly and collar screwed on where the green lid is in the picture. Turn it upside down, and it's a blender jar. Turn it back right side up and it's a mug. Neatest little thing I've seen in a while!!
