Thank you for checking up on me. I am doing so much better. I am not snacking all day anymore. I seem to have more control now. I feel great now that I'm back on track. I got rid of all the tempting foods and I drink more water. So when my mind wants to snack I drink water because I know I cant eat while drinking.
I am eating more healthy foods. Well except for last night I had cornbread and I think I ate too much because I felt sick afterwards. I don't want that for a while.
I lost another pound today though! I'm happy
