Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I think I was at about 600 or so at 3 months. Maybe like 500-700. Its hard for me to remember. I know by 6 months I was around 800-900. Now at almost 15 months I eat about 1200-1500.

OK, im around 600-900 cals per day. On average, I would say I have about 800 cals per day. I think Im doing well w/the protein intake- im anywhere from 80-90 grams per day. Also taking all my vitamins, but lately i just feel like I have no energy, but Im sure there will be days like that..especially since I haven't been consistent w/the excersize. My doc says ive lost too much muscle compared to fat...so now im picking up the pace & getting in more excersize & hopefully the energy will come back.

Just to be on the safe side, are all your blood labs fine? Make sure your VB12 and iron aren'r low, low levels of these two among other things may make you feel lethargic.
