Ok for the first time in a long time I swallowed a half chewed piece of articoke heart. I realized it was it was happening but it was too late. The pain was horrible .. I tried to throw it up but I couldn't. After 20 minutes the pain is subsiding .. it was stabbing through to my back!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
