Ok so I package some ziplock bags. I was surprised by how many scoops of protein I could get into a sandwich bag. Three days worth, I did not fill them to the 't'. Left some space in them. I will be there for 22 days (including travel time). So that is 7 to 8 bags. Since each of us gets a carry on I will distribute two bags for each one. That way I will have my protein. I am scared of them losing my check-in bag. I also did a couple of bags of nuts as per CT post! I am going to look for some more travel sized protein snacks.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
