I am not a routine breakfast eater, Most of the time I eat whatever is left over from dinner or supper from the day before. I rarely eat cereal or the regular breakfast foods. Lot of times I only eat once in the morning where I am suppose to eat twice, but most of the time I just cannot do two meals in the morning.

At work I have the packets of Quaker Weight Control instant oatmeal. No sugar and it has extra protein. Usually have chocolate protein shake in my coffee in the morning too (I can't drink it in milk anymore it makes me gag). I like Special K protein plus cereal with unsweetened soy milk too. I still don't tolerate bread at all so toast isn't an option yet.

I've been making an egg casserole, kindof a crustless quiche, with eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, bacon bits, spinach, broccoli (whatever you like), and then I just reheat a slice in the micro when I finally decide I'm ready to eat. The veggies seem to help it go down better than plain eggs. I'll try to hunt down the recipe and post it in the recipes forum later today. (hmmm, it may already be there!)
