Ive been following the diet, ive been eating soft foods IE cottage cheese and protien shakes. I do eat normal food i just throw it in the bullet and puree it. And wow.. for some reason.. the past few days.. im just.. i feel sick and just lathargic. I had some dumping with some mash potato's a few days ago but it just seems like im.. ugh.. just blah.

I tried drinking a protein shake but I just can't seem to feel better.. anyone have an suggestions on what might settle my pouch. I was doing so good but now i dont even want to see or touch food.. :b arf:

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Are you keeping anything down? Have you tried water and if that stays go to broth and jello and work at it from there? You may have a virus or possibly a stricture or anything in between. Best to call your surgeon and let them know what's going on~ their advice is best ~ sorry you're going thru this ~~ hugs

Yes, let your surgeon know.
As clancy says, it could be a bug, or it could be a stricture.
In the meanwhile, try warm water, and see if it soothes your pouch.
Be sure that you keep hydrated, as dehydration will make things worse.
((((HUGS)))) Hang in there, hope you feel better soon.

Spank your pouch and send it to bed!

No really, the warm broth was a good one for me. It seemed to settle things, and even sugar free popsicles for whatever reason. Anything to stay hydrated, but extreme hot or cold worked best for me....never luke warm! GAG!

I agree with all the above. Please call your physcian first thing and let them know. Until then liquids.
