Took a bite of peach, old habit kicked in, swallowed after about 1/2 a chew. Lotsa pain, lotsa throwing up, lotsa feeling stupid.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

LOL DOC!!!

Yes honey its very very very important to chew chew chew. Even when you might could get buy with a bit less still chew chew chew it. My surgeon give me that advice long ago and he was so right. He told me to eat stuff I had to chew instead of mushy stuff when I was allowed to go to chewing. It fills your pouch up because its not mushy. The mushy will allow you to eat more in time. His advice on this had done wonders for me. So be that train honey.

BTW i did somthing very simular to what you did and paid the same price for it. I think we all have.

Yep, even two years out I still forget sometimes, but pouch is always quick to remind me LOL. That unchewed bite hits the pouch like a ton of bricks and I know I'm done with the meal for the time being.

It's one of the reasons I always try to eat on a schedule. If I don't, then I get hungry and end up eating too fast. If I make myself eat on schedule then, because I'm not hungry, I'm able to eat slower and control my portion size.
