Default PB&J with a twist...

I've discovered something new and yummy that I just had to share. When I was at www.Netrition.com getting some new Nectar Protein, I discovered, of all things, a powdered peanut butter with less than 60 calories and very little fat or carbs per 2-TBSP serving. Since I still love regular peanut butter but consider it too high in fats and carbs, I decided to give it a try. It's AWESOME! My favorite concoction so far is taking a small container of unflavored Greek yogurt and adding 2 TBSP of the powdered peanut butter and one TBSP of DaVinci Splenda-sweetened huckleberry syrup. It tastes just like PB&J!!! You can also mix it with water and make a paste, and it comes out just like real PB.

Anyway, I just wanted to share this. Sometimes it's the little things that make us smile...

Maggie

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I have the PB2 and the chocolate PB2. They are yummy but they have a really nutty taste! I know that sounds strange, but what I mean is that it taste more like crushed nuts then it does PB. I like it, but it is a little diffferent,

The PB2 and chocolate PB2 are each $3.99 per jar and contain 6.5 ounces. I tried it in a protein shake, and it blends up very well. My grandkids even put it on their chocolate ice cream last night and loved it! For those of us who like peanut butter but don't like the extra fats and carbs that go along with it, this is a nice addition to our food choices. You are right, Kate, about the "nutty taste", but this was very easy for me to get used to.
