I'm having a hard time downing my protein drink these days. I've tried syrups and fruit (makes me feel bloated all day). I've been working on a big jug of Nectar Chocolate Truffle sense before my surgery. It's not bad but lord help me after more then six weeks of this I maybe done with chocolate for good. Clearly it's time to try some different flavors, maybe something not so milky. I like Nectar because it mixes up so nicely and the chocolate truffle at least is not crazy with froth. Dropping another $30+ at vitaminshoppe for a jug was more of a commitment then my wallet an I wanted right now, so I googled Nectar protein samples and found this in another web forum (thank you to Mynewlife@Thinner Times).
