Default Drink Ideas?

Okay, as much as I love water, it's starting to get a little old. Crystal Light is WAY too sweet for me and I dilute it out and iced tea is okay, but I'm wondering if anyone has any good drink ideas in their arsenals that does not include carbination or sugar.

I never truly realized until after I had this surgery how much sugar is in the stuff we drink *blech*

Thanks!
Jen

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Maybe you could try this stuff called Nuun. They just had it at the 4th of July festival I was at. It comes in little tablets that you drop in your water and they dissolve. It seemed like the lemon lime and banana flavors were the most popular. There is no sugar and they have an electrolyte solution like Gatorade. They are very light tasting and not really sweet at all.

nuun | optimal hydration

jennifer - heads up - things are going to taste different to you after surgery! it was amazing to me how that happened. all i drink (except coffee) is crystal light - you might try different flavors and see what works for you. stop in a quick shop - many of them have the individual packets that you can buy without getting an entire box.

Get one of those little plastic squeeze lemons or limes and put a small squirt in your water. Gives it a little taste without adding a whole lot of anything to it.

Pre op all I drank was Luzianne Sweet Tea ~ Southern Style Can't stand it now, even sugar free. I do enjoy brewing Lipton Green tea, especially the orange spice flavor; you can make it as strong or not as you like. I esp enjoy hot teas now.
