Default yummy!!!

Hey, last nite I wanted some bananna pudding, so I made it with the sugar free pudding, and sugar free cool whip, and sugar free cookies and banannas. Oh, my gosh was that good.

I am a month and a half post op, and am losing my hair, any suggestions?? My hair is not real long, but I am at the point of wanting to chop it off.

Have a great day!!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

HI HEATHER!!!
your dessert sounds yummy!!! I know for me i would do the same thing but maybe use the STALLONE pudding so that i get 14 protein in the treat!!!!!! I love the stallone banana cream flavor!!!! ITS my favorite.

SORRY your starting to see the heair thinning begin. ITS very hard. Its a phase most experience and not much you can doo its got to run its course and happen for most of us. THE good news is you wont go totally bald like medications cause to cancer treatment patients, but nonetheless, this is hard on us. MANY of us obesite too pride in our hair. I did all the things suggested and still went thru the phase badly. I took the biotin way in advance, used nexium shampoos, didnt color my hair during the months of rapid weight loss and still lost a fairly large amount over time.
HANG in there!
IT will grow back!
I remember feeling the fuzzies of new growth was so neat!
HANG in there and keep up the great work .
MAKE sure your protein intake is were your surgeon suggests!
GOOD LUCK

Red face Heather...

....I'm sooo sorry to hear about your hair loss already!
I know this was a 'freaky situation'....and can be quite difficult to deal with!
I will say...I LOVE what Lisa wrote...it's sooo true:

Take your vitamins...and get all your protein in....these are two huge factors. I just started loosing my hair about 6 weeks ago...and I mean A LOT...but now it has slowed considerably. I feel a lot better about it. I did start to take biotin with my vitamins I'm taking the max...5000mg. One thing about biotin...be sure you are taking it w/ food...b/c it is the type of vit that attaches itself to a fat...if you don't eat with it - it will go straight thru your system.

Keep your chin up Heather....I'm sooo glad you are with us! How are you doing??

Did you knwo that I'm the "PICTURE POLICE?"
Where are your pictures, Ma'am...??
I'm not going to issue you a ticket this time...okay??
But get those pics out there!!!

I didn't know that Biotin needs to be taken with food....thanks for the info. I just realized that none of you know what I look like since I don't have a picture. Just think 'Cindy Crawford' and you'll be close

Heather, your recipe sounds good and I think I might make some this weekend, I have been craving something different form my regular and that just might be the ticket. I know we all like that sort of thing here.
The hair loss was my biggest fear., and I lost alot, but 6 months out now i can see alot of new growth comming back. I am so excited it is about an inch long now. hehehe
It is shocking but it is temporary and will come back. hang in there.

Have a great day...robbin
