I wanted to know if you all could give me ideas of what exactly to put in my crock pot to make really soft dinners to freeze now as I'm getting ready. It will be okay if I end up not liking the stuff because I'm freezing for my fiance and myself in the containers, and he could just eat the extra two tablespoons. I just need recipes, this is the only thing I'm really deficient in with my knowledge of surgery. I have all of the cottage cheese, ricotta, refried beans, and those kinds of recipes. I just need things to do with the skinless chicken that I can never get tender.

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Go to the Recipes forum and search for "crock pot" or "crockpot". There are dozens of great recipes there that have been developed by RR members or adapted to meet our unique requirements. Many involve chicken.
