Default my take on the vomit issue.

Wow Thank God im not the only one, I to can not this coming jan will 2 years, the last time I was one time right after opperation in recovery cause they let me rinse my mouth and told me to spit it out and i took a small sip first , ughhh, after that small sip came right back up I had dry heaves for 6 hours that day ughhh, scecne than I get to the point of felling so bad i want it to come up , i even try to stick my finger in and encourage it and nothing but foamies as well, i sit in front of the toliet crying and moaning, and I have heat floor in my bath room so knowing that this usally last any where from 30 min to one hour for me , i grap a pilliow on the way to the toliet cause the feeling comes in waves and in between i lay down and get my breath. I tell people that they broke my throw up.
lol.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I have only had stuff actually come up 2 times, and it was within seconds of eating it. When I am nauseated at night, I too take a pillow to the bathroom, but i put it on my lap and I sit on the toilet and dry heave into the garbage can. The pillow is so my elbows dont bruise my legs anymore.

it is horrible. lasts about a half hour, then I go back to bed.

once every couple weeks or so this happens to me.

Lauri

HI
Thank you. It is so good to know that I am NOT alone! I cannot for anything. Not heartburn, not nausea, not when it feels like something is stuck in my throat...I just get a lot of dry heaves and sticky spit (foamies?)

I think I'm going to ask about it on the 13th when I go in for a check up. It will suck if something happens and I get sick (or poisoned) and cannot . NOT that I plan of getting poisoned However I do think this is something I should know about so if I have any problems I can:
1. Inform my family doctor
2. Tell the emergency room personnel!

I, too, get the dry heaves. Always have though, but now it's worse. I think I have a very sensitive gag reflex or something. It hurts, doesn't it? I also get hot and cold flashes with the dry heaves. I had a touch of the flu and it was horrible. My stomach hurt so bad from the dry heaves and I was afraid my pouch was going to explode. Called the Dr and they said not to worry... ??
