Default chicken broth on preop diet?

My instructions for preop diet said 2-3 protien drinks with 15 gm or greater of protein each, less than 5 carbs each, and no greater than 5 grams of sugars. Plus a palm size lo carb low fat supper. (meat and lo carb veggies)
Was wondering if i could have a couple of cups of warm broth during the day? Had 15 calories, and 1gm carb and 1 gm protein. Guess I should call the office tommorow and get their advice, anyone have any ideas?

Thanks, Sheila

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

It sounds fine, but best to confirm with your surgeon.
