Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I had to put the protein powder in everything. My dietitian said that I wasn't getting enough, so the powder went in soup, apple sauce, etc. Anything I could stomach, it went in. Good Luck.

Yes, the surgeon and nut said I should refrain from the milk products for a bit, since I had diarreah. I do drink Isopure and been eating fish and beans.

Soy products are good sources of protein, also beans and legumes.
