Default Help please with protein

I am having the hardest time with protein. I have had diarreah so I have been told to not have milk products. I love Isopure drinks, but I am eliminating that today to see if that is the culprit. I am literally gagging just trying to choke down the unjury chicken soup, the nectar, unjury mixes with lactaid milk. I am eating lots of fish and beans, but I know I need additional protein. I don't know what else to do.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I wish I had some remedy but I am only 4 days post op!! I can't mix the protein and water. My doc is still monitoring me in the hospital. I am hoping that I start toleratng the protein better. Just had a shak delivered and I need to down 2 oz an hr. Seems like so much. The water has done very well today. Hoping the same for the protein!!! Best wishes!!!

Muscle Mile pre-mix is pretty good. I especially like the chocolate flavor. A little expensive but if you just need some make-up grams of protein this stuff is good. I also drink protein supplement (15g per 6-8 oz water) that has no protein aftertaste & is fruity. It's kind of like Koolaid. It's made by Healthwise (online). When going on line to order you have to get a doctor ID number but that's very easy to do. HealthWise also has a hot chocolate supplement (15g) that's every bit as tasty as "real" hot chocolate.

Have you tried adding unflavored protein powder to your foods?
You need to use soy products because whey products are derived from milk.
