Angry HELP.... eating is waay off track

I have been waaaaaay off track! For the past week or so I have been eating crackers, cookies, brownies, you name it, it has been in my mouth.I can't control myself. I was thinking to just drink liquid protein shakes until I get rid of this but just the thought of going all liquid again makes me cringe. I need help getting back on track. I have worked way to hard to go back to old habits.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

You can do this Queen. I would get your notes out from when you started this journey and pick a point where you felt confident and start again from there. If the temptations are all around you, get em out of there. Let the ones around you know what you are going through so they can support you. We are here for you and they need to be too. Its hard, I know but you have friends here to help you!

You can get back on track...... pick your self up and get rid of the CARBS.
Back to the basic's protein first, use your tool and get back in touch with it.

Hmmmm I seem to be telling myself the same thing. I found some really awesome oat brand bread, it has 3 proteins in a slice and does not make me dump. Once in a while is ok but I have been eating 2-3 slices a day. Which makes me think the carb
monster is making a come back.

Look how well you have done....don't give up!!!

Your OLD THOUGHTS are trying to tell you that you can't control yourself, but you know better than that!
YOU CAN CONTROL what goes in your mouth!
So get with it, be strong, tell your old thoughts to "hit the road Jack and don't you come back round here no more no more" (singing-old tune)
YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

As you know girl..been fighting that and the whole just not eating stuff too on this end with the "hub on paper" being here and it's been such an awful negative week. (interesting he never sees it that way.hmph)

It can be due to so many things..emotions due to hormones pouring into the system even further down the line can still happen. Especially with how you've upped the exercise. You're body is wanting more complex carbs and so your mind is just going "gimme gimme!" and old ways kick in. hey, I fight that too!!

Forgive yourself, and journal, online in a safe locked down place if you can or in a book if no one else will read it. For me...when I have pushed to start changing and my body responds and then suddenly I am getting more attention from men again..for ME I get a bit frantic inside and want to fill that hole up again to keep them away.

for ME...attention from men = danger/assault possibilities. So when I start getting looked at in public, attention, comments (of a pos kind), feeling good about my body..well then the emotions start being totally irrational!!

It's OK....it's all OK...it's OK to let the weight come off, it's OK to get attention from men, doesn't mean we have to respond to it..just appreciate it, ..it's OK to feel scared or angry or (fill in the blank) as we lose the weight and to feel kind of frantic inside.

This is an important time to find that --WHAT-- is triggering it all and figure it out and overcome it. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

{{{hugs2u}}} Love you tons and tons girl, you are an amazing woman and worth so much in life!!!

Deep breath. Deep breath. And another deep breath. OK. Now pick yourself up and move forward.

Queen, you've done a phenomenal job with this WLS thing. Right now you're a little off course but you've taken two very important steps to regaining control. First, you recognized you've got a problem. Second, you're reaching out for help and support. You are on your way back!

Get all those nasty carbs out of the house. Replace them with healthy alternatives. You know what those are. Try measuring your food. Eat only on a schedule. Protein first.

Hang in there. We're right here with you.

Just know that you are not alone. I go through this from time to time. It is so hard to get back on track but I know you can and WILL do it. I really had to have a heart to heart talk with myself. We have gone through too much to get where we are to let our-self mess us up now. Its just mind over mater. That is so much easier said than done. Good luck. I am trying hard to do what I know I should myself.

Hey C T I kinda always thought the carb monster was a male. A mean stubborn male who is out to get us all. lol Whatever it is I wish it would just go away. lol

I feel your pain ~ I have "safe" foods that satisfy when I get to cravin' stuff I know isn't in my best interest. I find it's best to get away from the carby stuff (easier said than done, esp at work....) This weekend we were at a family get together and it was way worse than Christmas!!!! Thankfully, we brought our dog who was stuck on his leash the whole weekend and I took to running him so maybe if when you indulge you just go do an extra 10 minutes of walking each time you eat? I dunno, it works for me coz even when I want something, I frequently don't want to get up and go do a mile to balance it out ~~~ even laziness can be a good thing if properly channeled ~ LOL. You can do this ~ I have faith in ya
