Day 8 after wls over liquids need ideas
I had my wls lat monday today it the 8th day I'm am taking my watter well.. almost to well i feel i can drink alot dose not hurt or make me feel bad in any ways unless i gulp some air that really sucks i'm very over the liquid diet im suposed to be on for 1 more week tell i get to upgrade and idea on some things that are fun and might help me get over that i wan't to chew somthing feeling? i can't chew gum even. I'm doing well with jello, broth, juice from strained soups sugar free frozen snacks but i can't help but htink their is other things out thier because i was on a liquid diet for 2 weeks b4 wls 3 weeks is gettign tiering...
