Weight Loss Method Sleeve Gastrectomy |  Self Hypnosis Tapes Has anyone tried self hypnosis tapes to helf control your urges to eat. I have been looking at some but they cost about $35-40, hate to waste my money if they aren't any good.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass     | sorry i truly find no methods ever helped me for weight loss adside from gastric bypass surgery and makeing good choices. ALOT of products out there just to get someone rich. guess i just have had no luck with such ... and i have done the hypnosis thing for weight loss didnt loose one pound.... so just my personal experience here. THE best thing to control your cravings is take control by takeing control yourself. FOR me simply takeing carbs outta my day i gain control once there in my diet i loose control. hugs

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I spent a bunch of money on hynosis CD's a year or so ago ( long before WLS) Could tell absolutely NO difference in my appetite or cravings. I've heard they help some people, but I sure wasn't one of them.

| Super Moderator  | Hypnosis works on some people, not so on others. Also, it may work in the beginning, but stop working after a while. If you've ever had hypnosis for other things and it worked, it will probably work for you. If not, then most likely, the tapes will not work, either.
