Now that I am getting all of my protein in with solids, I would like to introduce more veggies. It seems like a lot of vegetables cause extra gas. So I am wondering, what veggies do you all eat? How far along till I can have raw veggies?
Thanks!

I eat the usual - lettuce, potatoes (in small amounts and rarely), carrots, corn, beans, peas. Sometimes fresh, often cooked into something. Seven Bean Salad is made of canned beans, so it's not really fresh, is it?
Get used to gas - it comes with the territory!! Do an archive search on "gas", "flatulence", or "fart" and you'll see that you're not alone!!
After awhile you get to where you can raise up on one cheek and sneak it out nice and quiet, but it's always there!!

LOL nice. I know all about the gas, just trying to refrain from encouraging it.
And lucky for me ... and those around me, mine come out the top instead of the bottom.

I was told to wait until after 3 months for raw veggies. I do eat a lot of veggies, after my protein ofcourse. I love tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, spinach leaves. I eat a lot of mexican dishes so black beans and corn, I do try to limit the corn though. Don't really care for potatoes anymore, but occasionally a sweet potato.
