Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Yogurt being a milk product will have natural sugar in it, you need to look out for the added sugars. The greek yogurt has a higher protein content and many find that they like that better than the regular yogurt.

Days 3 and 4 are the worst for the liquid diet. You are most likely dealing with carb withdrawal as well. Whenever I got hungry on the liquid diet I grabbed a protein drink or a SF jello.

For most of us the liquid diet is a necessary evil.

Good luck with your journey

I eat Fage zero. Its high in protein and low in sugar and carbs and has zero fat. Its a bit of an acquired taste but once you get used to it it's OK. Not the cheapest but for me anyway by far the best

I like Fiber One .. especially Keylime Pie. But greek yogurt has highest protein. I am not crazy about the flavors our local grocery stores have in the greek yogurt, thus the reason I stick with Fiber One. Milk sugars are natural .. so just watch out for added sugars.

In addition when I eat yogurt it usually just as a snack because it is slider food.

My doc actually recommended the Kroger brand called "carbmaster" or something like that. It's a Kroger brand and comes in several flavors. Good protein count too. I don't have all the specifics about nutritional content, but I know Annie eats this one too. It tastes good, and since the doc recommended it, it's a winner in my book!

I also like greek yogurt.

I think steph and I are kindred spirits in another life, once again something in common..yes Kroger stores make this yogurt it is called CarbMaster and i like it as well as yoplait..I find it at Smiths or Fred Meyers.
6 oz
80 calories
12 g protien
4 g carbs
I use this to make smoothies also, I buy Fruit2Day foundin fresh vege area, its a small bottle of mixed fruits blended and I use a half a bottle to a 6 oz yogurt and chipped ice blended...yummy and the fruit adds one more gram of protien..The clkasses I took recommended CarbMasters for higher protien.

Watch out...
Yoplait's second ingredient is high fructose corn syrup.
Why do they do that!?
