Default Soy Wraps

I found these at the commissary the other day and thought I'd share.

Each 6" x 4" (about) wrap has 1 or less gram of fat (the sesame variety has seeds and so 1 g of fat, but the other varieties are 0.5g), no sugar, and 2g protein. So, not much, but if you want to wrap up deli meat, etc. for a wrap without the carbs, seems like a good option to me.

I had some deli meat and a slice of low fat cheese wrapped up in one for dinner.

Here's the link for the company's site:

Soy Wraps / Mamenori / Soy Paper FREE SHIPPING - PAYPAL - Seaweed Alternative

(I didn't pay near their prices for the 10 pack I got, BTW)

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
