I found these at the commissary the other day and thought I'd share.
Each 6" x 4" (about) wrap has 1 or less gram of fat (the sesame variety has seeds and so 1 g of fat, but the other varieties are 0.5g), no sugar, and 2g protein. So, not much, but if you want to wrap up deli meat, etc. for a wrap without the carbs, seems like a good option to me.
I had some deli meat and a slice of low fat cheese wrapped up in one for dinner.
