| Rotissere Chicken....is it ok to eat?
I know the skin is not something I need to eat, but what about the meat? It's good, right? I picked one up this afternoon at the store and want to know if I can have the green light. I'm drooling here! lol

I've already had chicken, and it's not a problem for me. My question is if it is a good chicken for you to eat??

I could not have any solid protein for about 6 weeks. When I could have it chicken was one thing that had to be very moist and tender or my pouch was not happy. That was one way to have it that was very moist. Try a little and give it a little time and see if you tolerate it . I still to this day can not eat dry meat. Good luck hope it works. Let us know.

My surgeon's office told me to now follow the 4-week diet plan and told me specifically to start on ground beef and chicken breast but to chew, chew, chew and chew some more - soo true Brooks!!
Good luck and let us know how it goes!!!

But if you can tolerate chick already, the only other problem is proportion.
