Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

The original source of the article?
Also, I would say, this is not "nutritional" fact, but "purpoted medical effects" of...
"Nutritional" facts means, what the nutritional values are, in other words, contents in protein, fat, carbs, vitamins and minerals.

Veggies and fruits are often attributed with many "medicinal" effects, but keep in mind, if done in excess, everything turns sour.
There is no "miracle" food, and what makes the veggies and fruits good is the fact that they are rich in vitamins and minerals, that help various aspects of our metabolism, and the chemical pathways in our system. Too much can often cause "poisoning", too little, deficiencies.
It is good to always have a variety of these produces, in appropriate amounts in your menu, and that is what makes them effective in protecting your health.
