What did you eat? (where are you today?)
Well I will start it off today with my egg whites, light thin whole wheat toast with a 1/4 tsp of butter or something like that lol and of course strawberries and coffee.....
So what did you eat for breakfast?

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery. Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
I had Kashi go lean oatmeal and a piece of string cheese for breakfast. I make the oatmeal with skim milk so it adds protien and so does the string cheese. Lunch will be a ham and cheese roll (roll the ham around the cheese) yogurt and some almonds.

Lisa Marie,
That looks great! I had 100 Calorie Cottage cheese. Lunch will be a chicken breast and dinner more chicken. You look great and I can't wait to get where you are. Any secrets in what to eat or exercise?
Thanks
Jen

Hi guys. THe most important thing you can do esp early out if follow your suegeons program exactly as he wants it. I did not touch pasta or rice for years following my surgery. I did bread on very limited occasions and still try to. THe bread i eat is the thin cut reduced whole wheat bread, almost likea melba toast when toasted. I eat strawberries as much as i can, i think they help me so much. Protein always first. Lots of water...even though i am terrible with that. Congrats on your surgery!
