Ok, my program specifically says, NO SNACKING!
But, when I eat breakfast at 6am, lunch at 1130 and supper at 5 I'm hungry in between.

Last week I had about 3 ounces of yogurt as a snack and it really did the trick.
I read that alot of you do snack and I do make good choices but when the program says no........I just feel sometimes like I need a little something but don't want to set myself up to fail!
And when does the "head hunger" thing sink in? I don't know if I even know what that is.
Any thoughts appreciated!
