Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Have you tried teriyaki?
I think the receipe's in the book I sent you.
If teriayki isn't listed, yakitori shold be, the recipe for the sauce is the same, marinade the chicken in the sauce for at least 15 mins, to 2, 3 hrs depending on your palate, then grill.

Hi: I make chicken pot pie - corn-peas and carrots with lots of chicken and top it with 1 biscuit which I don't eat all of it. You could use no fat chicken soup for the gravy. I make it in individual tin pans and freeze them. My granddaughter says "it's the best supper yet" - in fact I'm making a patch to-morrow as they are coming for Easter and they can take some home. Hope it helps.

I don't know if your kids would like this, but I like to marinade my chicken in a greek salad dressing, along with large chunks of bell pepper, onion and zuchinni. We then grill it either as a shish kabob on just sautee in a hot skillet.

You could do a mexican flavor and season the meat with chipotle chili pepper, cumin, lemon pepper & garlic. Then cook in a skillet with fresh chopped tomates, onions, cilantro & bell pepper. Either serve in a low carb tortilla or over a nice brown rice.

Hello LisaMarie, how you doing sweetheart?

OK I'll tell you my mom's secret recipe for chicken sheesh Tawook. The dish is originally turkish but very well known here

Chicken cut into 1inch by 1 inch cubes
Marinated in
plain FF yogurt
Grated or minced: onion, garlic, fresh ginger
Salt, black pepper, 3/4 cup lemon juice, olive oil, tomato ketchup or pure

marinate them in the fridge over night. in the kebab skewers put one peice chicken, green pepper, onion, tomato. You can either grill them or mom sometimes stir them in little olive oil in the frying pan.
Normally the garlic dip is presented as a side dish or a dip with the tawook please check this link for more details.
Thanks to Michele, she found the link.

Bon apetit

Love
Hanadi
