Does anyone take probiotics and if so, which ones would you recommend?

Due to severe issues with diarrhea when I first got home from the hospital, the surgeon's office suggested pro biotic pearls. I got them at a health store. $16.00
Then I saw them at Wegman's a different brand $12.00
Since I threw the box out I can't tell you the brand.
THe bariatric nurse told me drugstores have them...Walgreens.
Some have 1 others have 2 types of bacteria fighters...
I take one almost every day..sometimes one ever other day...I think they have helped get my digestive system on track. WIsh I knew about them a lot sooner.

I don't take them and don't need them, but I my very good friend, who has had WLS surgery uses them sucessfully. Yogurt helps as well.

I use a brand called Super Shield- it's available online.
My body feels so much better since I've been using it-
I wish I had known about the benefits of using a probiotic years ago- when I began using arthritis medications and also to aid when taking antibiotics.
