So I was away with my girlfriends for a scrapbook weekend and man did I have a wake-up call!!! I thought I was drinking diet iced tea snapple (the packets you mix in with water) and it was really, really good so I drank about 8oz. after breakfast. All of a sudden I started to feel really bad in my stomach and the bad sensation kept on and kept on to the point that I thought I was going to pass out. THEN my friend came into the room I was in and asked if someone picked up her cup of apple juice? I commented that I had diet snapple tea in the same type of cup and she just shook her head and said "that's what I'm holding right now"!!!!

Here I drank HER cup of Simple Apple juice (it's looks like apple cider) and it had 28g of sugar in it!!!!!!!!! No wonder I was dumping sooooo bad! I felt horrible and had to go lay down for about 2 hours until the sensation passed. Some days I scare myself that I'm THAT clueless.....
