Unhappy Having a rough week!!!!

I feel like I am having the week from hell when it comes to food! I haven't really had to deal too much with craving or "head" hunger. But it sure feels like this week it kicked in. I just so badly want bread! Any kind will do! I find myself taking bites of food that I should not....like pizza, my children's orange chicken (Panda Express), 2 or 3 pieces of the Frosted Flakes, and so on.....

I have also noticed lately when it comes to eating any meal I just have the hardest time eating. 2 - 3 bites later and I am full!! But give me an apple, orange, or other fruits and I can eat more of those than say my dinner of fish and veggies.

I am loosing weight, I just don't feel like my nutrition is good. I know I am not getting in enough protein and I'm even having a hard time getting all the liquids and vitamins in Any words of wisdom would be appreciated!! I so badly want to get over this hump and just start to feel better!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Proteins, liquids, and vitamins first to keep you healthy....
A bite or two of the other stuff won't kill you, but get in your needs first.
If they fill you up, then good...no room for the other stuff.
Best of luck...

The more you mess with sugars and simple, refined carbs, the worse your head hunger will be and the stronger your carb monster's influence. You have to rein yourself in and be strong, or you will have a hard time staying in control.

Get all the bad stuff out of your reach, out of your home first. Keep a stock of protein stuff close by, and whenever you get the urge, pick the protein stuff up instead and munch on that. Carbs at your stage will only throw you off to crave more carbs. You'll have to cold turkey that out. Once you make protein and water your priority, the cravings should go away.
Hang in there, do what's good for your body, not what your mind *thinks* you want.

Clear our the house if it does not benefit you it does not benefit your children!! Don't waste the opportunity of these early days, read, journal, and reflect on why you made this choice. It is not an easy journey but so worth it!!
