Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

We use them to make personal pizzas. A little caned pizza sauce, low fat cheese, turkey pep., veg, bake at 375 for 8 - 10 minutes and I have 4 lunches!
Also make wraps with hummus spread, turkey ham and low fat cheese and those are good for 3 or 4 lunches.
