Kind of...sometimes I get busy, distracted, or it is not a convenient time...so the meal time gets delayed...
I still get HUNGRY. I try not to get to that point of feeling like I could knock the horns off a cow and eat it on the run...but sometimes it happens. I don't know about anybody else, but if I let myself get to that point, I tend to "gobble" or go too fast and then feel awful. So, I try to get something in before I get to that point.
I think routine and consistency is key in all of this. With the new job, I'll still working on it!
