Default I keep reading about pureed food but Dr said okay for soy

Hey, question.

I keep reading about "stage numbers" and I haven't thrown up or anything. Everything has gone down easy. I have been chewing. I have just going into the 7 teaspoons of food. My NUT said okay for the soy "chick'n" nuggets or my Boca burgers (I don't get a whole nugget and it takes a week to eat a whole burger). Is this okay? I am a Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian.

Any thoughts?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
