Default Meal ideas for family cooking

I'm looking for new meal ideas that include things my teenage boys will eat that will include a good option for me as well. I find that a lot of my old family stand-by meals include pasta or rice. I still will make spaghetti with homemade meat sauce so that i can control what goes into the sauce and then I'll have sauce with little or no pasta with Parmesan. This weekend i'm going to make chicken cooked in salsa in the crockpot, I will eat the chicken and my boys can have chicken tacos.
Anyone else that cooks for a family have ideas?
Thanks!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Have you ever tried spaghetti squash? We use it place of pasta, and it works just fine. One of the hardest sacrifices this old Italian boy had to make was pasta, but I'm finding ways around it.

Eating healthy doesn't mean we have to be deprived!
