well for me stage II was a bit hard to get all my protein in but day by day i got there useing protein shakes to boost my intakes.
BUT for me i ate in my stage II
BREAKFAST: protein shake
SNACK: stallone protein pudding
LUNCH PROTEIN SHAKE
DINNER : PROTEIN SHAKE
Stage III for me was pureed:
BREAKFAST : LOWFAT COTTAGE CHEESE
SNACK: protein pudding
LUNCH: moist chicken salad
SNACK: NECTAR protein drink
DINNER: lo fat riccota cheese, lofat mozerella and teaspoon red sauce
SNACKS VARIED: string cheese was a big snack item that sat well in my pouch, cottage cheese, egg salad.....protein puddings, tuna salad, pureed out soup loved chicken cheese broccoli......
