I had gastric bypass in 2007 and have gained back about 20 lbs and fear I will keep gaining. Today is day one of this 5 day pouch test I read about. Has anyone had any luck with this test? I need help to get back on track with my weightloss

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

well i did the 5 day pouch test and did really well. Im continuing it. As little carbs and lots of protein. I'm down 5 lbs! Its a start!
