Default What fats do you cook with?

Along with sugar and carbs, we also have to be watchful of the fats we eat. While complex carbs keep us healthy, eating the right fats in small amounts are also essential for optimal health. With that in mind, what fats do you use for cooking? My three go-to fats are:

Extra virgin olive oil
Butter
Coconut oil

I avoid factory seed oils including margarine as much as possible because these are worse for us than butter. I'm curious what others use for cooking?

I use PAM if I need to use something like that but most things I eat don't require that. My little toaster oven is my BFF.

I don't believe in margarine we use butter. Even now I use a little dab of butter if I need it. I also tend to use Philly Cream Cheese alot too as that adds protein.

Oh, for oil, Peanut.
