Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Absolutely! I feel like I drink as much as I can within the 30/30 rules and never seem to reach my water goal. I've hit it once but it was a day off work and I was drinking constantly and felt gross and bloaty all day. Yuck! Good luck fighting the good fight! :-)

yep. In order for me to make it, I literally have to start sipping right when I wake up in the morning, stop for the 30/30 and continue drinking til right before bed. That is the only way, if I dont drink like that, I cant do it.

Over time, you can do it. I could never get it down "at first" but now I can.
I bought a 32 oz water bottle=means I fill it twice a day.
I drink a cup of coffe in the a.m. around 7 or 8. But at that time I know if I don't fill the bottle, I may not get in the water. I also add a New Whey tube of protein to it. That gives me? 42 gr of protein?
I take a few gulps of it early. (Now that I am further out, I can take bigger sips..almost gulp like... ) THe other thing is, I never drank while I drove. But I take that bottle with me in the car. Every time I hit a traffic light, I take a few slugs. When ever I park the car, get into it, or get out of it, I drink!! So, before I get home, I try to have that first bottle down. I work 2 days a week now (sorry), but always drag it with me and strive to finish it before I walk in the door. 3 days a week I go to the gym to work out... and I strive to down the whole bottle driving over, working out, and driving home. (It is a quick ride, too.) When I get home, I immediately fill the damn bottle again with just water or maybe add some flavor..i.e.Crystal Light.. a squirt of lemon or lime. I am quite pleased with my self when I down the last drop...usually by 8. I keep it near me if I am sitting; and I take it with me if I go out. I am not happy if I drink it much later than that..means a mid night bathroom stop.
But keep working at it. If I can do it, you guys can too. You won't believe what you will be doing at a year out.

I had the same situation, cant finish 64 ounces, but I start with coffee in the morning and add a scoop of protein, well i add the liquid for the coffee as 6 0r 8 oz, then sip along the way the rest of the day, make every drop count...if we are to get all those ounces in, best of luck and if you find a better way, pls let us know how to do it,

Exclamation Coffee

For every cup of coffee, add an extra cup of water, and do not add coffee itself to your fluid intake, because coffee is a diuretic.

Doc, even if the coffee is decaf? Does it still not count toward our fluid intake? Thanks!!
