Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I eat the canned chicken. Chicken slow cooked, meatloaf, beans, eggs, low fat thin sliced deli meat, cheese slices, string cheese. You can also eat bananas, canned fruit in juices, steamed soft veggies. I just went off my list of foods the nutritionist gave me. I hope this helps.

Chicken... it can like you or hate you, be careful. It has to be moist, soft..small well chewed bites.
A friend of mine lived on this recipe:
cook chicken (poached in micro is good)
Then put 1 piece in the blender, processor, bullet, whatever. Add some of the broth and pulse it til it is smooth.
Put it on plate and put your fav cheese on it (check the label on the cheese)
melt it in the microwave.
She LOVED this and lived on it. I found out about it after I was out of ph 3....
GOOD LUCK.
I liked refried beans and cheese. After walking the mall, I could get "cup" at Taco Bell and eat about half. It was fun to eat at the mall again. It was just right.

Beans have always worked well for me especially refried and other soft beans. Soups with soft ingredients are good too.
