Default Achieve One Coffee Drinks

I dont know how many of you are coffee drinkers but coffee seems to be the one thing i cannot give up. I recently tried the achieve one coffee drinks in Vanilla Nut, Cappachino and Hazelnut and let me tell you they are great!
Total fat 0g
cholesterol 20mg
sodium 200mg
Carbs 5g
Sugars 3.5g
and most important
Protein 20g

In the mornings i use my regular folgers hazelnut coffee with 2 tsp of splenda , 1 scoop of Jay Robbs chocolate protein powder and a drop of coffeemate sugar free hazelnut creamer. Mix in my magic bullet and yummy. Then in the afternoon around 2-3 pm i have one of my achieve ones. I know we are really not supposed to have coffee but i NEED MY COFFEE. SO at least i make the best of it and get 20g of protein with each cup.

Have a great day.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
