CT's right on the money. The carb monster's a beast - but definitely is beatable. Just stay strong and refuse to give in. 'Cause the good news is that once you get past the sugar cravings for a day or two, they GO AWAY!
It really is amazing how little you want sugar when you're not eating it. So be prepared to do battle and refuse to do anything but win and you'll be on your way!
You've got a whole bunch of people here who have total faith in you that you can not only get through this 5 day pouch test, but get right back on track and get used to eating for your pouch again. You'll finish off that weight loss and be the healthy active mom your kids need.
