How much sugar is ok in the protien drinks, I've been trying to get some and it seems like 9-10gms of sugar in most is that to much?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I think that is a lot. I drink the ready made slimfast low carb diet and it only has 1g of sugar and 20g of protein.

Hope this helps.

1g=4kcals with sugar/carbs, so 10g is 40kcal.
I just went to the kitchen and got the scale out. 1 tablespoon sugar was approx 1g.
