Default Chicken of the Sea

I was shopping yesterday for my pre op surgery diet and came across something that will be great for post op once real food comes back. Chicken of the Sea has these new Tuna Cups and Salmon Cups on the market. They are 2.7 or 2.8 ounces -- high in protein (15g and 18g) and low in everything else. They use vegetable broth as an additive and they go anywhere -- no refrig -- no draining required. Not sure if anyone else has seen them, but they look pretty good.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I saw these in the store this weekend. I actually have not had any tuna since surgery, but I will look into these!

i saw them. i think they are more expensive than just buying a regular can and divying it up. Im a single parent so every little bit helps. its a good idea though...
