Default Ideas of things to do instead of miss food and raide the fridge...

Inspired by another thread - I thought we could come up with some ideas for us to use instead of sitting and missing food and instead of going to the fridge to see what we would eat if we could so we can't so we close it.

Ready ladies?
  1. Go for a walk
  2. Read a book
  3. Play a game
  4. Do I dare say it? Sex!
  5. Other form of exercise
  6. Organize something; a closet, a drawer, the cabinet in the laundry room with old soap on the bottom
  7. Sit down and WRITE someone a letter instead of emailing them
  8. Find charity work in your area
  9. Spend time with your children doing things they like to do
  10. Scrapbook or organize your photos

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

how about needle point? lol! i know i sould like a fuddy duddy, but they sell these counted cross stitch patterns in my local arts and crafts store. i work on them for about an hour or so at a time. very relaxing when my daughter isnt messing up the string lol! but i like things that are challenging and take a few sessions over time to complete. the one i am working on now is three kittend pawing a ball of yarn. this will take FOREVER to finish...
