Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Inspired by another thread - I thought we could come up with some ideas for us to use instead of sitting and missing food and instead of going to the fridge to see what we would eat if we could so we can't so we close it. Ready ladies?

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | how about needle point? lol! i know i sould like a fuddy duddy, but they sell these counted cross stitch patterns in my local arts and crafts store. i work on them for about an hour or so at a time. very relaxing when my daughter isnt messing up the string lol! but i like things that are challenging and take a few sessions over time to complete. the one i am working on now is three kittend pawing a ball of yarn. this will take FOREVER to finish... |
