Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  | Diane what is the G2 diet? Im confused. Thats one thing that you will find on here that so many of us have different rules of thumb. Every surgeon is different. My surgeon did allow sugar free pudding. or shoot was it fat free. I cant remember. But I bought the ones in teh little cups already pre-made. they were not too bad. Dont really care for them now since I ate them so much in teh begining phase of the diet. But I would think its ok. But better to double check.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  | i was allowed to have it once i was on milk based products but its a wasted food the sugar free jello type puddings. I used the stallone protein puddings and made it a snack that added protein to the daily totals! GOOD LUCK
