Diane what is the G2 diet? Im confused. Thats one thing that you will find on here that so many of us have different rules of thumb. Every surgeon is different.
My surgeon did allow sugar free pudding. or shoot was it fat free. I cant remember. But I bought the ones in teh little cups already pre-made. they were not too bad. Dont really care for them now since I ate them so much in teh begining phase of the diet. But I would think its ok. But better to double check.
i was allowed to have it once i was on milk based products but its a wasted food the sugar free jello type puddings.
I used the stallone protein puddings and made it a snack
that added protein to the daily totals!

it was on my stage 1 list of foods and i did fine on it. It is amazing how different each one of our surgeons differ on what they allow and want us to do.
