Default Sugar Free Fudgescicles???

I shop at Woodmans which is a warehouse sized grocery store with very long aisles. I didnt see any Sugar Free Fedgescicles, only No Sugar Added and regular. Where are you getting yours from, what brand?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

popsicle brand. i eat the no sugar added ones now but that is not recommended initially. you should start with sugar free or you might dump. the no sugar added have sugar alcohols.

Default Sugar Free

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM HERE IN PHILADELPHIA. I CAN FIND SUGAR FREE ICE CREAM BUT NOT FAT FREE/SUGAR FREE. I HAVEN'T LOOKED AT TRADER JOE'S OR WHOLE FOODS BUT I HAVE FOUND THAT THE ORGANICS ARE USUALLY THE WORST FOR HIGH SUGAR AND FAT.

WHAT ARE THEY FEEDING THOSE COWS...

JUST HAD MY ROUX Y MONDAY JULY 30 AT ABINGTON HOSPITAL WITH DR. FERNADO BONNANNI. SURGERY WAS GREAT. WENT HOME WEDNESDAY. NOW HEADED TO GET MY JP DRAIN OUT.

THE SAGA BEGINS.

in terms of ice cream look for breyer's lite ( i believe thats what its called.) its lower or reduced fat and made with splenda. um...if you JUST had your surgery you should ask your surgeon if you can have ice cream just yet. be careful. NICE MEETING YOU!!

Ummm...since ice cream is a dairy product, it isn't ice cream unless it includes fat.

In the US, the FDA regulation defines ice cream as including at least 20% milk solids, of which at least 10% must be milk fat. So, there is no such thing as "fat-free ice cream."

The organics are bad in fat because they use whole milk, and whole milk (cow) on the average has 4grams milk fat per 100g. Sheep milk is higher at 6g. Incidentally, it also includes lactate--milk sugar-- 4.8g for cow milk, and 5.1g for goat milk.

I am three months out and one of the only things I can tolerate is frozen yogurt, no sugar added pops of any kind. I am still so limited that without this, I would have nothing to eat at times.

Ya know my Dr to not eat icecream or mashed potatoes. He said yes there gonna go down ok but that is what got you here in the first place. He said frozen yougart and popciles only. I have got the no sugar added popsicles fudge bars. There are great. You will find them in the popcicle brand section near the pudding pops.

FYI - No Sugar Added does NOT mean no sugar. I cannot have those.

I like the idea of frozen yogurt, but since TCBY went away, I didn't realize you could get this at the grocer. And brand ideas? Is it near the ice cream containers or the novelty stuff?

Thanks All For The Ice Cream Update. Actually, Sweet Things Are Not On The Top Of My List.

Just As A Note, For Soups Try Imagine Brand Soups Low -fat. Be Sure To Read The Fat Content Before You Buy. Some Of The "low-fat" Have More Fat Than Others. I Found Them At Wegman's In The Philly Area But I Understand Trader Joe's And Whole Foods Also Have Them.

Hope Every One Stays Healthy.
