Ummm...since ice cream is a dairy product, it isn't ice cream unless it includes fat.
In the US, the FDA regulation defines ice cream as including at least 20% milk solids, of which
at least 10% must be milk fat. So, there is no such thing as "fat-free ice cream."
The organics are bad in fat because they use whole milk, and whole milk (cow) on the average has 4grams milk fat per 100g. Sheep milk is higher at 6g. Incidentally, it also includes lactate--milk sugar-- 4.8g for cow milk, and 5.1g for goat milk.
