I am not to sure from these cookies.... sugar free doesnt always mean its okay for us. sometimes they can remove the sugar and add fat. the carbs may be high and of course me and sugar alcohols dont always mix. I think for the holidays the recipes will make a nice treat! thanks for shareing!
