Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I screwed up!!! I had a couple of sips of my daughters Campbells tomato soup earlier then I had a small bite of a tomato that my mom had cut up. Will this heartburn go away? It feels like I could be a flame thrower. ![]() I'm already on protonix for acid reflux until my stomach can help. Any advice would be helpful/

| Super Moderator | Aww, (((HUGS))) If you do have TUMs or something like that on hand (even if you are taking Prevacid) it could help some, temporary relief.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Kim, are you sure we didn't have the same doctor? Only difference, my doc has me on Priolosec for 6 months!!!! (which kinda sucks, as I'm also on Actigall to dissolve any gall stones) I have to take my multi-vitamin, but can't take acti-gall for 3 hours after and take it every 12 hours, but not within an hour of the prilosec....GOOD LORD, someone stop me!! KNM, have you tried anything for the heartburn? The long timers here have great suggestions. If it continues, you may want to check with the doctor to see what they recommend! Hope you get some relief soon...I'm sure it's driving you crazy! |
