Default Low carb purees, Any suggestions?

Lately I have been struggling with hunger (mentally, physically just name it but it's real!). I think it's because of the purees that I am having are rich with carbs and they drive hunger I guess.
Do have any low carb purees suggetions. I'm not a sea food person.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Talking Curried chicken Almond Spread...

You can make this salad/spread with the left over of a pot of chicken stock...or canned chicken. (something moist)
Finely choppe chicken meat with a knife. A food processor or blender will turn tender chicken into a 'meat blob' of unpalatable chicken paste. This is also great to make with rotisserie chicken. eat small scoop...3oz.

Curried chicken Almond Spread-
11g of Protein per serving
  • 1.5 t. (teaspoons) of curry powder
  • 2 T (tablespoons) of Light mayo or fat free ("light" has less carbs.)
  • 2 T of nonfat yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon, - about 2 T.
  • Kosher or coarse salt & fresh ground pepper.
  • 2 C (cups) of finely chopped cooked chicken.
  • 1 T minced onion - or fresh chopped very tiny.
  • 1 T chopped or dried parsley
  • 1 T finely chopped almonds
  • 2 -3 T of low sodium chicken broth
Toast curry powder in a small skillet over medium heat until a wisp of smoke appears and the mixture is fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Transfer to medium bowl and blend with the mayo, yogurt, and lemon juice & season with salt and pepper.
Add the chicken, onion, parsely, and almonds; blend until the mixture is well combined adding broth to moisten as much as you need.

Great with a little melba toast, do you know what this is?? It goes down very easy...but you still need to chew chew chew....make sure the almonds are itty bitty....they add great flavor.

Hope you enjoy...
